About Us
The Department of Electrical Engineering at Techno College of Engineering, Agartala was established in 2014 with the commencement of the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programme in Electrical Engineering. Since its inception, the department has been committed to providing quality technical education and fostering a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles.Over the past decade, the department has broadened its academic scope by introducing a Diploma programme in Electrical Engineering as well as a B.Tech programme for Working Professionals, thereby addressing the evolving educational needs of students and industry personnel. These programmes are designed to impart theoretical knowledge along with practical skills relevant to modern electrical engineering practices. The department continuously strives to support academic excellence and professional development by offering diverse learning opportunities and promoting an outcome-based education system aligned with industry and societal requirements.
